The day log

Open Daily Log, pick a day, and fill in how you feel, your weight, medicines, exercise, blood pressure, caffeine and alcohol. Sections for a module that is switched off are hidden.

Medicines

Each dose is its own row with a time. A medicine can need more than one dose a day. If you inject, add the site and the page suggests the one used longest ago.

Reminders

The administrator can switch on a 7 am agenda mail and a 10 pm still-to-log mail for you in Settings.

Your phone

Settings, Phones, Add a phone. Type the 8 character code into the app within 10 minutes. You can revoke a phone at any time.

Something is wrong

Ask the administrator. The Status page shows when the house computer last reported.
