These terms are between you and Ward Bowman, a sole proprietor, who operates the LeeWard messaging program and the websites at aileeward.com. They apply to the portal and, as a baseline, to every product page under it.
SMS messaging terms
The LeeWard messaging program sends private, low-volume household messages by text: medicine reminders, reply confirmations, and household administrator alerts for power, network and backup conditions. Expect about 1 to 3 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
- How you opt in. Sign up yourself at https://aileeward.com/parleah/join.php. Enter your own mobile number, tick the consent box (it is unchecked until you tick it), and request a one-time confirmation code. Then text
JOIN <code>from the same number within 15 minutes. No text message is sent to you before that confirming text. - Consent is optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using any LeeWard website or product.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email ward@aileeward.com.
- Stop. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after it.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. How your number and message data are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms cover the portal and are the baseline for every product. A product page may add supplemental terms for things particular to that product; those terms link back here for everything they do not cover.

Any holder of a US mobile number who opts in and confirms as described above.

Nothing sent or shown by Ward Bowman's LeeWard project is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and none of it is to be relied on for safety-critical decisions. Reminders and alerts are a convenience and can be late or missing.
No warranty, limited liability
Everything is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ward Bowman is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the websites or the messages.
Marks
All logos and images on these sites are copyrighted by Ward Bowman's LeeWard project. They may not be used without permission.
Third-party services
Some features use third-party services, for example the Oura API. Those services are subject to their provider's terms and are limited to the owner's own data.
