For the carrier campaign review. The real screen is the same page: it is available only to the signed-in directory administrators of Ward Bowman's LeeWard project and lists the real sign-ups. Everyone listed below is fictional (numbers in the reserved 555-01xx range, documentation IP addresses). Buttons here are switched off and nothing on this page can change anything.

Use case: Account Notification (informational, not marketing). If the sole-proprietor form does not offer it, Low Volume Mixed is the closest; check the list the form shows. Campaign friendly name: Ward Bowman (the sole proprietor's legal name, as registered). Program name: LeeWard.
Campaign description
Ward Bowman, a sole proprietor, operates the LeeWard messaging program. Privacy Policy: https://aileeward.com/privacy.php. Terms of Service: https://aileeward.com/terms.php. Ward Bowman's LeeWard project sends a small household a daily medicine reminder and short confirmations of replies the person sends, and sends the household administrators system alerts (power, network, backup). It is a private family service, not marketing: there are no promotions, no advertising and no messages to anyone who has not signed up here and confirmed by texting the code.
How people opt in (message flow)
People opt in on a public web page, https://aileeward.com/parleah/join.php (or, for household members who are signed in, the Phones section of their Settings page, which shows the same consent statement). The person enters their own mobile number and ticks an unchecked SMS consent box; the consent statement sits beside it, with direct links to the Privacy Policy (https://aileeward.com/privacy.php) and the Terms of Service (https://aileeward.com/terms.php). The page then shows a one-time code and asks the person to text "JOIN <code>" from that same phone within 15 minutes. Consent is never taken by text and Ward Bowman's LeeWard project sends no SMS until that confirming text is received; the first message, a welcome, repeats the frequency, rates, HELP and STOP wording. Consent is optional and is not a condition of using Ward Bowman's LeeWard project. Ward Bowman's LeeWard project keeps the phone number, the consent statement version, the time, the IP address and the confirming text as proof, and keeps STOP handling. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT end all messages at once; HELP returns contact details. A public summary of this flow is at https://aileeward.com/parleah/sms-consent.php; an example of the administrator consent log, with fictional data, is at https://aileeward.com/parleah/demo_admin.php.
