These are the wardstock terms. For everything they do not cover, the LeeWard Terms of Service apply.
- Single-user access. Each login is for one person. Do not share your login; ask the administrator for one for each person.
- Not a medical device. wardstock records what you enter. Charts, counts, reports and reminders describe what was logged. They are not medical advice and not a safety system. Dose limits shown on a form are a courtesy, not a clinical rule, and the app never controls any equipment.
- Your entries. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. A gap in a chart means nothing was logged.
- No warranty. It is provided as is, for the household that runs it.
