What wardstock keeps: what you type or let a connected device send (medicines and doses, exercise, blood pressure, blood sugar, EKG summaries and PDFs, incidents, appointments, weight, sleep and heart numbers from your own Oura ring, notes).
- Every row belongs to one person. A person sees only their own rows; the directory administrator can see all rows.
- Your phone and a wall tablet send entries with a per-person token that you can revoke in Settings.
- The family computer at home copies the entries to its own private database for charts, reminders and backups. Nothing is sold or shared.
- Reminder mails go out through the family mail service. Text messages need your own opt-in through the Text messages card in Settings.
- Deleting a row removes it here. Backups at home are kept for a limited time.
How the company site handles visitor and account data is described in the LeeWard Privacy Policy.
